What you are buying
You are purchasing a digital edition of the book Hallelujah 300 – Powerful Prayers for All Nations and All Times by Rabbi Asher Roash. No physical item is shipped.
Two ways to buy — and which policy applies
The book can be bought in two ways, and it matters which one you used:
- Directly on this website, through PayPal. This policy applies to your purchase in full.
- From an online bookstore — Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble and others, reached through the store links on this site. In that case your contract for the purchase is with that store, not with us. Delivery, cancellation and refunds are then handled under that store's own policy and customer service, and you should contact the store directly. Those stores have their own well-established refund procedures and buyer protection.
If you are unsure which applies to you, contact us and we will point you in the right direction.
How the book is delivered
After your payment is completed through PayPal, you will receive instructions for accessing your digital copy. Access is normally provided immediately or shortly after the payment is confirmed. The book can be read on all major devices — phone, tablet and computer.
If you have not received your access instructions, please first check the spam or promotions folder of the mailbox associated with your payment. If it is still missing, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page and we will make sure you receive your copy.
Right of cancellation for digital content
Because the book is digital content that is made available to you immediately, the statutory "cooling-off" right of withdrawal that normally applies to online purchases (for example, the 14-day right under EU and UK consumer law) does not apply once you have been given access to the book and started to download or read it. By completing the purchase and accessing the book you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal.
If you have paid but have not yet accessed or downloaded the book, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. A refund will be given in the following cases:
- The book was not delivered to you and we were unable to provide access.
- The file is faulty, corrupted or unreadable and we were unable to supply a working copy.
- You were charged twice, or charged in error.
- You cancelled before accessing or downloading the book.
Refund requests should be made within a reasonable time after the purchase, and in any event within 14 days, using the contact details below. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to the account or card used for the original payment. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Because a digital book cannot be returned once it has been read, refunds are not normally given simply because the content did not match personal expectations. The website describes the content of the book openly so that you can decide before purchasing.
Pricing and currency
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are outside our control.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law that applies to you, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law where applicable.
